Publication Ethics
A. Authors must ensure that:
- the paper attached is the original work written by the author personally or the team
- the paper has never been published before
- the data attached is accurate data without any manipulation
- the data attached is data obtained by yourself or obtained permission from the data source to use the data in the paper that will be published
- the sources used are written and cited where the material is taken (including self-published writings)
- the submitted work does not violate copyrights, including privacy rights, and intellectual property rights
- every paper that comes from funding and for the benefit of an organization must be stated in writing
- contact the editor to identify, and correct errors found, either before or after the publication of the paper
- the authorship of the written work is clearly written. This is to ensure that all individuals named as authors participate in the writing process. All participating authors must give consent for the publication and be credited for the work
- the author must be transparent (risk of duplication of writing) to avoid potential overlapping of written works.
B. Reviewer
- maintain the confidentiality of the process and papers that are currently under review
- do not make direct contact with the author to gain information or revisions
- fair and impartial
- transparent
C. Editor/Editorial Board:
- Consistently maintain ethics for the continuity of the journal
- Supervise, implement, and make fair and impartial decisions
- Maintain and ensure the confidentiality of the writing and publishing review
- Own and maintain the integrity of the journal and be able to see the potential for other interests that can destroy the journal's reputation
- cooperate with writers, reviewers, and members of the Editorial Board to ensure all processes run smoothly and transparently
